Senior Project Manager – Digital Manufacturing
to shape and execute projects within the Manufacturing Digitalization program.
Key responsibilities
The role of Senior Project Manager is a leadership position that involves shaping and managing projects to drive transformation towards digital manufacturing.
Furthermore, you will:
- Create and enhance global products by coordinating product development projects.
- Manage global deployment projects of standard solutions with the aim of scale at speed.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration.
- Solid experience in guiding project and program management driving business change through digitalization.
- Experience in leading high-profile transformation projects and programs in large international companies.
- Great leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide global teams.
- Advantageous if certified in Project Management methodologies such as PMP, Prince2 or equivalent.
- Advantageous if having experience in the manufacturing domain.
- Advantageous if having experience in agile software development.

This position will be located in one of the following SKF manufacturing sites: Poznan, Airasca, Gothenburg, on a local contract.
You will report to the Program Lead – Manufacturing Digitalization, who is located in Sweden.
