Customer Experience Representative

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth order-to-delivery processes while providing professional support to our customers and business partners. 

You will join Customer Experience team where knowledge sharing, teamwork, and continuous development are encouraged. Working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and customers, you will contribute to delivering a seamless customer journey and building SKF's reputation as a trusted partner

You will play an important role in transforming customer interactions into long-term partnerships by combining operational excellence with a customer-first mindset. 

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries and orders throughout the complete order-to-delivery journey, ensuring a high-quality customer experience at every touchpoint. 
• Keep customers informed about order status, deliveries, product availability, and any requests they submit
• Build close relationships with customers by ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance teams to resolve customer issues and identify solutions. 
• Handle customer complaints and escalations with ownership and a solution-oriented mindset.  
• Contribute to delivering customer service and business performance targets

We expect you to have

• Solid communication skills in Romanian and English, with a particular emphasis on advanced English language proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP experience is considered as advantage).  
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy in an evolving environment
• Experience collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.

This position will be located in Bucharest, Romania, on a local contract.
