IAM and DLP Security Specialist - Automotive Business

We are seeking a security specialist to design, implement, and continuously improve Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) frameworks across our global organization. This role is critical to ensuring secure access, protecting sensitive data, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. You will collaborate with IT, Compliance, Legal, and business teams to embed IAM and DLP controls into operational workflows and drive a culture of security.

  • Define and maintain IAM policies, standards, and procedures.

  • Manage identity lifecycle processes (provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews).

  • Implement RBAC, least privilege, and privileged access management.

  • Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications and cloud platforms.

DLP Program Development

  • Design and enforce DLP policies to prevent unauthorized data access or exfiltration.

  • Deploy and manage enterprise-wide DLP solutions (e.g., Microsoft Purview).

  • Monitor and respond to DLP alerts, conduct audits, and classify sensitive data.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure alignment with GDPR, ISO 27001, NIS2, and other regulatory frameworks.

  • Support internal/external audits and maintain compliance documentation.

Collaboration & Enablement

  • Partner with IT, SOC, and business units to embed IAM and DLP into workflows.

  • Provide training and awareness on secure access and data handling practices.

  • Act as a subject matter expert in security architecture discussions.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with IAM technologies (Azure AD, Okta) and DLP solutions (Microsoft Purview or similar).

  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, access governance, and authentication protocols (OAuth, Kerberos).

  • Familiarity with cloud security models and hybrid IAM/DLP integration.

  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks (GDPR, ISO 27001, NIS2, PCI-DSS).

  • Ability to design scalable IAM and DLP solutions and drive remediation efforts.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
