ETO & Customer Quality - Automotive Business
The ETO (Engineer-to-Order) and Customer Quality Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle. This position requires a proactive approach to quality management, involving close collaboration with various departments to review and improve processes, mitigate risks, and support sales and application teams.
We are in the process of identifying a suitable candidate for the role of E.TO & Customer Quality. This role will be based in Pune/ Bangalore and will report to the Sales Quality Manager.
Key responsibilities (or What you can expect in the role)
- CSR: secure up-date and that new edition are revised/gap analysis done
- Participate to review of GT&C for Quality and Warranty section (e.g. pre-defined Technical Factor)
- Participate to review of single business contract (when applicable) for Quality and Warranty section (e.g. pre-defined Technical Factor)
- To be involved in the earlier stages of the business (RFQ) to identify and mitigate quality risks in the process (Advance Engineer)
- Support front line (Sales and/or Application) for discussion during ETO (Quality topics/projects execution)
- Secure Lessons learnt are captured and implemented for Sales
Requirements (or We expect you to have/be)
- Quality Assurance and Management. Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO standards, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Customer-Centric Focus: Deep understanding of customer needs and expectations.
- Proactive in addressing customer concerns and delivering exceptional service.
- Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis: Skilled in identifying quality issues and their root causes. Developing and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Communication and Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Competent in analyzing quality metrics and customer feedback.
- Process Improvement and Continuous Learning: Expertise in optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and quality
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with quality tools (e.g., FMEA, SPC, Pareto analysis).
- Team Collaboration and Leadership
