We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic web development team of SKF Aerospace. If you are passionate about creating robust, scalable, and innovative web solutions, we'd love to have you on board!

  Job Title:        Engineer - Web Development (Full Stack Developer), Aerospace

  Reports To:   Technical Lead - Aerospace

  Role Type:      Individual Contributor

  Location:     Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Develop Complex React Applications: Lead the design and development of sophisticated web applications using React.js, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Efficient JavaScript Coding: Write efficient, maintainable, and well-documented JavaScript code, following best practices and coding standards.
• Database Optimization: Optimize database queries and schemas for MySQL or other relational databases to ensure efficient data handling and storage.
• API Development: Build robust and scalable APIs using Express.js, ensuring seamless integration with front-end components and other services.
• Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, providing guidance, code reviews, and fostering a collaborative and learning-focused team environment.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other teams, including design, backend, and product management, to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
• Understanding of web security best practices.

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience: 4-6 years of experience in web development.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, and Express.js.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
  • Experience with MySQL or other relational databases.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and their integration.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving skills an d attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
