The TD team for ISEA is focused on Customer Product development & Engineering, Innovation for the region, rollout of new technologies for the region, testing, Failure Investigation, scaleup from POC to series production, Portfolio Management etc.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Job title: Portfolio Lead - Infrastructure Operations
Reports To: Head of Global PE
Role Type: Individual Contributor
Location: Bangalore
Role Purpose:
The Development Portfolio Lead – Infrastructure leads and governs the engineering infrastructure project portfolio ensuring master data, PLM architecture and tool ecosystems are standardized, scalable and strategically developed. The role drives digital enablement, harmonization, and expert community development to strengthen engineering efficiency & effectiveness
Key Responsibilities:

- Define the Infrastructure Development Portfolio scope, negotiating priorities with Product Lines, PD&E leadership and resource owners.
- Promote portfolio achievements internally to strengthen stakeholder buy in.
- Lead Gamma boards preparation and chair Gamma board Governance meetings.
- Actively drive and manage defined projects to align with strategic objectives and deliver expected results.
- Clearly define, communicate and track decisions and trade-offs to maximize impact.
- Monitor portfolio health, risks, progress and alignment with strategic technology and digital‑engineering roadmaps.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across organization of PD&E, Digital Engineering & innovation, Product Management etc. and suppliers on projects resource and capability staffing.
- Build, coordinate, and empower a community of experts across infrastructure domains.
- Own and evolve the global engineering tool ecosystem by defining clear ownership and lifecycle strategies
- Drive value realization through effective supplier agreements and long‑term external partnerships

Candidate’s Profile:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent
- (Optional) PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum Master, or equivalent project-management certification as a bonus
