JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Product Information Editor - Croesus interchange tool
Reports To: Manager Product Information Commercial Capabilities
Role Type: Individual Contributor
Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling incoming feedback on the product information pages on SKF.com and turning this into insights and improved product information.
- Accountable for monitoring incoming requests via ServiceNow, KanBan planner, HotJar and similar tools and evaluate needs from customers.
- Interact with customers both directly and via SKF sales units worldwide.
- Drives continuous improvement, optimization and automation of processes related to the work.
- You use customer experience data, direct feedback and reach out to users in order to develop “customer obsessed” information to drive sales of SKF products.
- We have a team of knowledgeable and experienced product information managers, processes and tools to support in doing the job.
- Together with a small high-performing team you are to realize the vision to "offer relevant product information to enable the best customer experience".
Technical skills
- Fluency with Microsoft Office tools - especially Excel
- Experience of complex Web Content Management Systems (preferably Tridion Sites, ContentStack)
Candidate Profile:
- 3-5 years of university studies within Mechanical Engineering or similar
- 3+ years of work experience within application engineering, product development, product line management or similar
- Fluency in English, both oral and written
- Interest to collaborate with full value chain of product information (supply chain, product development & engineering and users of information)
- Documented experience of technical writing
- Experienced user of Excel, Power BI and preferably SQL databases
- Experience in working with complex IT systems (such as preferably Informatica Product 360)
