JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Title: Territory Service Manager
Reports To: Head - Services India
Role Type: Individual Contributor
Location: Bengaluru
Purpose of the Job:
Responsible for handling Electrical complaint handling, Commissioning PAN India & Automation of Lubrication Systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling Electrical/Electronic customer complaints
- Electrical/Electronics commissioning support & interfacing of SKF system with customer main equipment panel
- Automation activities in Lubrication Systems supplied to customers at different sites (PAN India).
- Assess Electrical hardware and software malfunctions by using diagnostic tools and customer input.
- Repair or replace malfunctioning components and consumables to restart the system in a defined timeline.
- Provide Electrical/Electronic support to customer concerns and address issues until the customer is fully satisfied.
- Online Electrical Service Support to Customer or Service Team as & when required.
- Training the Internal/Distributor team to build the capability for basic electrical troubleshooting.
- Ensure proper handover to customers with Service Reports.
- Ensure proper adherence to safety requirements.
- Provide inputs to the engineering team to build as-built drawings.
- Ensure customer delight.
- Ensure End-to-end customer complaint management.
- Adhere to SKF internal processes & systems.
- Maintain Proper Electrical & Electronics data related to Lubrication Systems.
- Close Coordination with cross-functional teams.

Education & Experience:
- Minimum 6-10 years of strong experience
- Candidates must preferably have BE – Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics.
