Position Summary
Utilize pricing strategies, tools, market insight to deliver pricing decisions. Provides insights to the sales organization while supporting growth and margin strategies. Contributes to continuous process and pricing improvement in speed to quote initiatives. Manage contracts and proper governance of customer focused pricing.
Key Responsibilities
- Pricing and quoting to align with growth and margin strategies
- Create efficiencies and process improvements
- Contract Management
- Price adjustments
- Build relationships and cohesiveness within dedicated sales regions
- Collaborate with Pricing, Sales, Product Line Managers, Engineering to secure opportunities
Cross-Functional Collaboration (if applicable)
- Key internal partners: Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, Product Line Managers, Planning, Factories, Finance
- Collaboration expectations: Facilitate and manage discussions and decisions among the key internal partners towards execution.
Operational Excellence (if applicable)
- Speed and pricing accuracy
- Process improvement responsibilities
Strategic Communication (if applicable)
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and expertise with pricing tools, ERP, CRM, and Excel.
- Ability to manage large workflows, ambiguity, and tight commercial timelines.
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environments.
- Strong product knowledge
