Customer Service Representative

- Casablanca, Morocco -

 

 

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your role ensuring a smooth, reliable, and high‑quality customer experience for all export operations within the North West Africa region. This position acts as the operational bridge between customers, sales teams, logistics, finance, and global CX structures. You will join a team of 7 employees.

 

 

Main responsibilities

On a daily basis, your mission revolves around the following activities:

  • Overseeing the complete export cycle—from order entry to delivery—while ensuring compliance with export rules and documentation standards
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customers on export-related inquiries, shipment issues, delays, and documentation needs, ensuring fast and proactive communication.
  • Prepare import authorization documents and/or regulatory forms and monitor them as well as ensure the smooth running of controls.
  • Oversee the end‑to‑end management of remittance and documentary credit files, including the full preparation of banking documentation, and ensure timely payment follow‑up.
  • Participate in projects to improve customer service processes, by reporting field information to enable the implementation of corrective and preventive actions necessary within the framework of the quality system procedures

 

Requirements

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in international trade and are proficient in incoterms.
  • Knowledge of SAP and ARIBA would be beneficial; training in its use will be provided if necessary.
  • Fluent French and English are essential.
  • You have a perfect command of the office suite (especially Excel)

Additional information

 

This position is based in our Casablanca, Morocco site, on local contract.

It reports to the Customer Service Manager for the Industrial Sales North & West Africa region, who is located in Morocco.
