We are looking for…

 

Customer Experience Representative

- Casablanca, Morocco -

 

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager in France, you will support the Sales team and directly handle incoming calls from customers throughout France. You will work from our office in Casablanca.

 

Daily, your mission will revolve around the following activities:

 

  • Managing customer inquiries and order intake, guiding customers to the correct ordering methods
  • Creating and proactively following up on quotations
  • Managing Orderbook
  • Applying standardized digital tools and ordering channels
  • Actively participating in account teams together with Sales and Application Engineers, including regular alignment meetings to ensure customer needs are fully addressed
  • Managing and governing logistics parameters and execution setup in the system—while actively supporting logistics operations to ensure on time deliveries
  • Managing complaints and ensuring resolution
  • Monitoring compliance with customer agreements and initiating corrective actions to avoid penalties or production downtime

 

Your profile :

 

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role within Customer Service, Customer Experience, Sales Support, or similar commercial operations
  • You have a perfect command of the office suite (especially Excel)
  • Fluent French and English are essential
  • Knowledge of SAP (or other ERP systems) is a plus, you will be trained in its use if necessary
  • You are autonomous yet team-oriented, adaptable to cross-location teamwork with a remote team based in France while working from Casablanca
  • You are resilient under pressure, maintaining a positive, improvement-oriented mindset in a changing environment
  • You are dynamic, flexible and proactive
  • You are open to regular travels to the French site near Paris, especially during onboarding

 

 

A quick note before you apply: The recruitment process will be conducted approximately 50/50 in English and French, as both languages are essential for this role. French will be a key part of the interviews, as the role relies heavily on using it daily. English will also remain an important component throughout the process.

This position is based in Casablanca, Morocco, and reports to the Customer Service Manager. French will be the working language.
