As a Global Graduate at SKF you will have the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of industries, business functions and applications. Throughout the 18-months long Global Graduate Programme, you will get a broad experience from various SKF areas and a great opportunity to create a solid international professional network. You will get to know the company through international and cross functional rotations and by working on real projects. Your rotations will be individually designed based on your interests and our business needs. To ensure maximum growth, you will have mentors assigned, supporting you throughout the whole programme.
The introduction and programme gatherings, in which you will get training within several areas (such as leadership, project management and business knowledge), are spent together with the full Global Graduate group. Upon completion of the Global Graduate Programme will have a solid platform to leverage a career within SKF.
This global graduate position will be connected to our Lubrication Lifetime Solutions unit and we are targeting you who are specifically interested in building your career within the Supply Chain field.

Your profile
You have an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset. You actively seek new perspectives and ideas as challenging the status quo comes naturally to you. Your intercultural experiences enable you to easily collaborate with people from various backgrounds and cultures, and you have the willingness and flexibility to move between different functions. Others would describe you as an effective communicator who prioritizes your own and other people’s growth and development.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a closely related field, combined with an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset is required
- A strong interest in supply chain and logistics, with a clear intention to pursue a career in this field, is highly valued. Involvement in extracurricular activities, experiences, or initiatives related to supply chain will also be considered an asset.
- International and cross culture experiences from working and/or studying abroad is a must
- Maximum 2 years of working experience after Master’s graduation - the Global graduated program is targeting newly graduate´s
- Full professional working proficiency in English
Prerequisites
• You will have completed your Master’s degree before September 2026
• You are able to start in August, 2026 at the latest, and you are today located in Gothenburg (Sweden) or Chodov (Czech Republic) or Prague (Czech Republic)

Application and Selection process

Once the deadline has passed, we will need roughly one week to screen all incoming candidates and after this you can expect to know if you are forward to the next step of the recruitment process or not. The step if you do go forward will be online assessments.
