Customer Services Manager

An opportunity exists within the SKF Aerospace Sales Unit for Customer Service Manager to lead and actively coach a customer Service team to provide an unbeatable customer service and internal sales support contributing to the business objectives achievement. You are also working closely with Sales, Supply-Chain, Quality teams.

 

The role reports to the Europe Customer Service Manager.

 

 

Key Responsibilities and Activities
 

  • Customer Service team leader and Supervisor
  • Process and KPI Management
  • Export Control Management
  • Customers portfolio management
  • Inter-actions with MU & customers

 

Skills, Experience, and key attributes
 

  • You have an extensive knowledge of managing a complex range of customers contacts in a large multifunctional organization
  • You are used to working in challenging environment with changing priorities
  • You have an experience of team management
  • You have an experience of project managing and developing organizational initiatives
  • You have good communication and negotiation skills

 

This role is a permanent position based in Clevedon and reports to the Europe Customer Service Manager.
