Key Account Manager (KAM) Seals Finland
SKF Seals Nordics is looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our growing Nordic Seals team. In this role, you will play a central part in driving the development of SKF’s sealing business in the Finnish market, working closely with Nordic- and cross functional sales teams.
You will be responsible for managing an established customer portfolio while actively developing new customer relationships. The position requires a high level of customer engagement and frequent travel within Finland.
Your responsibilities
As Key Account Manager, you will be accountable for the commercial development of your customer base. Your key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned objectives
- Ensuring long term customer satisfaction and profitability through strategic account management
- Aligning sales activities with Business Unit strategies and overall business objectives
- Managing the full customer lifecycle, including negotiations, sales forecasting, supply planning, order management, delivery coordination, and payment follow-up
- Conducting regular customer visits to understand customer needs and to build and deepen commercial and technical relationships
- Analysing market trends and customer insights to identify new business opportunities
- Recommending innovative solutions that enhance customer competitiveness and profitability
What we expect from you
For this role, you need a balanced combination of commercial focus and technical proficiency. We expect you to have:
- Solid knowledge of industrial sealing solutions combined with relevant commercial experience in sales and/or business development
- A solid technical background with the ability to understand customer requirements across industries and applications
- Well-developed analytical skills and experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, or similar analytical tools
- Effective communication skills in English, with the ability to present, advise, and negotiate professionally
- Fluency in both Finnish and English
- A valid driver’s license

Preferred location is SKF Office, Espoo, Finland, but we are as well open for candidates across Finland, local contract.
