Digital lead – Revenue Enablement   

 

SKF is moving forward in its digital transformation by expanding its capabilities in digital commerce and pricing. Through these strategic developments, the organization aims to deliver a consistently enhanced and seamless customer experience, while enabling sustainable revenue growth and improving operational efficiency across the value chain. These efforts represent an important step in ensuring that SKF remains competitively positioned, technologically robust, and fully aligned with the evolving needs of customers and the market.  

 

 

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:    

  

Directing the digital vision and roadmap 

  • Own the digital product vision, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery strategy. Co-create and align product roadmaps with hub-and-spoke strategic priorities across key initiatives and capabilities.  
  • Lead e-commerce and pricing transformation into a scalable, data-driven revenue engine.  
  • Turn commercial strategy into prioritized digital initiatives with measurable revenue, margin, and conversion impact.  
  • Improve the end-to-end customer journey across discovery, configuration, pricing, ordering, and post-purchase.  
  • Resolve customer and sales friction points to increase conversion, satisfaction, and repeat usage.  
  • Promote clarity, responsiveness, and consistency across channels and customer groups 
  • Use customer data to enable personalization, relevant pricing, and guided buying.  
  • Promote growth with scalable digital sales, increased basket size, and faster sales cycles 
  • Automate pricing, ordering, and commercial workflows to reduce effort, errors, and key-person dependency.  

Overseeing backlogs and prioritizing needs  

  • Ensure product focus and roadmaps deliver value at the right time and cost, aligned with regional and business priorities. Understand digital challenges, cost structures, and opportunities across departments and business areas.  

Stakeholder management   

  • Gather and share input across stakeholders, clearly communicating the vision and roadmap to build alignment, commitment, and focus. Anticipate customer needs, scale valuable regional initiatives, and close solutions that do not create sufficient value.  

People Management  

  • Lead teams by combining sound business insight, measured decision-making, and a commitment to continuous digital learning. Encourage delegation, empowerment, ideation, and strategic thinking, with experience in global, multicultural environments and supplier collaboration.  

   

 

We expect you to have/be   

   

Digital leadership that reflects your capacity to navigate technology-led change and create new business processes and market possibilities. You bring a solid understanding of end‑to‑end business processes within the domain, combined with a firm grasp of customer requirements across Sales & Marketing. In addition, you apply a customer‑experience mindset to ensure that digital solutions enhance usability, clarity, and value at every touchpoint. Your knowledge of today’s IT landscape—together with an omnichannel approach spanning online, offline, and assisted interactions—ensures consistent, seamless, and high‑quality experiences for customers regardless of channel or market.  

   

We expect you to have a relevant technical university degree as well as solid work experience in most of the areas mentioned under included responsibilities. We also assume that you have experience managing information technology deliveries (both agile and waterfall) in a mixed in-house and outsourced delivery. Therefore, you are experienced with Agile, ITIL service management concepts, supplier management, and can take on a full end-to-end perspective (from Dev to Ops) including budget responsibilities.

This position is located at our Gothemburg, Sweden. Local contract.
