Human Resources (People Experience)
The EMEA PX Operational Services organization supports our managers and employees (around 24.000 employees) with HR related questions and offers professional HR Services. Our mission is to provide service excellence and best in class employee experience while operating cost-efficiently throughout EMEA with the aim to harmonize/standardize, using synergies, digitalize and work as ONE. 
 

 
Internship Position 
Human Resource (People Experience) EMEA 
 
Introduction 
We are looking for a Human Resource student that has Internship as part of the education, during autumn. Contribution and be part of our EMEA HR/PX transformation enabling digitalization and harmonization though building the function around customer centricity and an exceptional employee experience. Were digitalization being an important enabler to reach efficiency and true business impact.  Customer centricity: adding value to the end customer are a guiding star and functional prioritizations shall reflect this. Agility and full value chain are important aspects to consider when optimizing customer value.
