Investor Relations Manager

Investor Relations combines an exciting mix of finance, communication, and business understanding. As an Investor Relations manager, you will enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-moving, and autonomous environment, to establish efficient communication between SKF and its financial stakeholders which include sell-side analysts, and current and potential shareholders. The Investor Relations department has high ambitions to implement best practices across all areas. You will work directly with senior executives as well as with other functions and business areas to build internal networks and ensure consistent and integrated communications across channels.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in the capital markets communications incl. developing presentations and Q&A for earnings calls and investor meetings as well as contributing to the development of SKF’s equity story (investment case)
  • Act as a focal point of contact for analysts and take investor meetings
  • Plan and manage the execution of investor activities and major projects, capital markets day, investor/analyst meetings, and roadshows
  • Analyze and target investors and schedule investor meetings to support interaction with the institutional investment community
  • Build internal and external networks and ensure consistent and integrated communications across channels

 

Requirements

  • Academic degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or similar
  • Broad work experience in a relevant work field and a very good financial understanding and strong business acumen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to be able to convey complex information effectively and concisely
  • Strong attention to detail, time management and process skills, and capacity to lead large projects
  • Fluent in English and Swedish - both spoken and written. Knowing other languages is beneficial
  • Open to travel to investor meetings and conferences

 

  • Experience in previous Investor Relations roles is beneficial

Some additional information

This position will be located in Gothenburg, Sweden, on a local contract.

 

You will report to the Head of Investor Relations, who is located in Gothenburg, Sweden.
