Manager Business Process Digitalization 

 

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our diverse team. This role as Manager of Business Process Digitalization offers a unique opportunity to drive digital transformation and improve business processes through the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with stakeholders in strategizing, overseeing, and implementing digital solutions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals.

 

SKF is a leading global manufacturer of bearing products, with an increased focus on digital manufacturing techniques and processes. Global Infrastructure and Security (GIS) supports and governs the fundamentals in the entire IT eco system at SKF, by setting the frame of Infrastructure and platforms, Cyber Security and SIAM (Supplier and Service Integration & Management), within which the different entities can operate in a secure, stable and efficient way. 

 

Key responsibilities…

  • Lead the adoption and utilization of the enterprise common ServiceNow platform for greater automation and productivity across SKF. 
  • Develop and implement strategies and roadmaps for digitalizing IT and other business processes in line with organizational goals.
  • Partner with the platform and product owners to ensure strategic roadmaps are aligned with the platform capabilities & SKF strategy.
  • Ensure stable, secure, and efficient service delivery fulfilling customer expectations.
  • Lead and develop the team, creating a motivating and purposeful culture working with continuous improvements.
  • Manage vendor relations, contracts and performance to ensure contractual obligations are met and continuous improvement applies.
  • Manage department budget and forecast.
  • Investigate current technological advancements and movements to stimulate innovation and calibrate our procedures with established industry standards.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

 

What we are looking for…

  • University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience as a leader, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience
  • Experience from working with ServiceNow or other platforms to optimize, automate and digitalize business processes is beneficial.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Emphasis on customer satisfaction, aiming to provide effective solutions
  • Good collaboration and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
  • Good self-leadership and ability to guide, motivate and inspire global teams.
  • Understanding of business processes and customer needs and the ability to envision digital solutions.
  • Familiarity with digital tools, technologies and platforms relevant to business process digitalization
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools is beneficial.

Some additional information 
This position will be located in Gothenburg.

 

You will report to the Head of Strategy, Transformation & Portfolio Management, who is located in Gothenburg, Sweden.
