In this role, you will work at the intersection of strategy and execution, contributing to the design, analysis, and implementation of global pricing programs, tools, and governance models in close collaboration with Business Areas and regions.

- Develop, enhance, and maintain pricing KPIs, and performance tracking to increase transparency and insight
- Contribute to pricing initiatives, guidance tools, discount structures, and escalation frameworks

- Support the rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of pricing tools, processes, and governance models

- Partner effectively with stakeholders across Product, Sales, Finance, and Commercial Excellence to ensure alignment and impact
Who You Are
You are structured, curious, and comfortable working with data to understand the broader commercial picture. You take a practical, solution-oriented approach and stay proactive when challenges arise. Working in a global, matrix driven environment suits you well, and you communicate analytical insights in a clear and accessible way, even to senior stakeholders. Integrity guides your work — you value accuracy, respect governance, and take responsibility for the quality of your analyses. You approach work with a grounded mindset and a readiness to learn, offering steady contributions amid change.
What You Bring
