About this particular Summer Job offer:

You will perform a structured review of existing ServiceMax-related content and channels, for example: SharePoint sites, Teams channels, presentations and community materials, communication formats used today.

The focus areas are:

• Where content lives today
• What content exists vs. what is missing
• Ease of navigation and findability
• Consistency of naming, structure, and taxonomy

Deliverables of the project:

• Current-state content inventory
• Identified gaps, duplications, and inconsistencies
• Short benchmark of “good practice” internal digital hubs

We are looking for someone who: 

• Is currently studying at a college or university and who will continue their studies after the summer. 
• Has proficient knowledge in English
• Shares our passion for SKF and our mission to make the world a better place. 
• Is a positive, engaged, and detail-oriented person.
