Process Delivery Manager, Record to Report
SKF has established Finance Operation centers supporting all SKF units globally. We have an exciting future ahead of us against a clear Finance strategy roadmap. Finance will have a powerful role related to a lean, efficient, and digital environment, and we are aiming to be on the frontline of next-generation Business Finance. The Finance Function at SKF in Sweden includes Accounting & Reporting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Controlling, Internal Control and Finance Processes. We are now looking for a Process Delivery Manager, Record to Report (R2R), to join our team.
As a Process Delivery Manager Record to Report (R2R), you will be part of the Finance Operation Center (FOC) North Europe Management team, and report to the Sub-regional Manager of FOC North Europe. You will lead a team of around 10-15 R2R Accountants, including Chief Accountants, VAT Accountants, Senior Accountants, and supporting operating units in North Europe (Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Netherlands, UK).
Key responsibilities
- Coach and lead the team
- Promote a positive and healthy work environment
- Drive activities to improve efficiency and reduce waste aligned with SKF Production System and Business Excellence to meet short and long-term targets
- Ensure that monthly closing, follow-up, and analysis are performed with quality promptly, needed for strategic decisions and turn insights into actions and process improvements
- Participation in management meetings and providing business support
- Develop, implement, and maintain procedures and policies to ensure adherence to company guidelines and internal control
- Lead transformation towards an established Finance Operation Center
- Monitor and govern outsourced accounting activities to ensure financial compliance, alignment with standard processes, financial targets as well as best practice sharing
Requirements
- Relevant managerial experience with strong leadership skills
- University degree in finance and/or business administration or equivalent
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
- Computer literacy is essential and experience in MS Office applications (excellent command of MS Excel is a must)
- Experience from working in a large organization and/or Finance shared service center is an advantage

Some additional information
This position will be located in Gothenburg, Sweden. Local contract in SKF Sweden AB. We will prioritize candidates who already live and reside in Sweden as we won't support with relocation.
You will report to the Manager of Sub-Region North Europe, located in Gothenburg.
