SKF are establishing a Finance Shared service center organization supporting all SKF units globally. We have an exciting future ahead of us towards a clear Finance strategy road map. Finance will have a powerful role related to a lean, efficient and digital environment, and we are aiming to be in the frontline of next generation Business Finance.

 

The European Finance Function at SKF includes Accounting & Reporting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Controlling, Internal Control and Finance Processes. We are now looking for a Process Manager for R2R (Record to Report) process to join our team. Are you passionate about driving improvements to increase efficiency? Regional Process Manager R2R
EMEA

 

As Regional Process Manager R2R, you will be part of the Finance EMEA Operations organization and report to the Regional Support Manager.

 

Your day-to-day work

  • Identify improvement opportunities and to drive continuous improvement, optimization and automation of process
  • Accountable for implementation of process changes within the process scope, responsible for identifying topics for cross-process alignment
  • Drive activities to improve efficiency and reduce waste aligned with internal key stakeholder / units (SKF Production System, Business Excellence) in order to meet short and long-term targets
  • Support transformation and transition towards an established Shared service center
  • Support outsourced accounting activities to ensure financial compliance, alignment with standard processes, financial targets as well as best practice sharing

 

We expect you to have

  • 3-5 years of university studies within Finance or similar
  • 3-5+ years of work experience within Finance, including experience from working within the area of Record to Report
  • Understanding of Finance processes and process development, and expertise of processes in own process scope
  • Process deployment, project and change management skills
  • High level communication, negotiation, networking and teaming skills, including fluent in English
  • Capability to facilitate and drive change with a global mindset
  • Team player and able to work collaboratively

Location: You will be working from one of the following SKF sites: Gothenburg (Sweden), Poznan (Poland) or Madrid (Spain).
