SKF Finance is currently going through an exciting transformation with a clear Finance strategy roadmap. Finance will have a powerful role related to a lean, efficient, and digital environment, and we are aiming to be on the front line of next-generation Business Finance. 
                                                                                                                                   
SKF Group Treasury plays an important role in the transformation to be a strategic business partner and drive efficiencies in the Treasury processes with the help of new digital opportunities. 
 
As a Cash Manager within Group Treasury, you will be part of a professional Treasury team, with the overall responsibility of all financial risk management like currency, funding, capital structure, and post-employment asset and liability management. Treasury is also responsible for safeguarding efficient and safe processes related to payments and cash management across the SKF Group. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining cash management infrastructure in the SKF Group and stay updated on market trends in this area. You will also play an important role in promoting continuous improvement and embracing new technological solutions within Treasury Operations. 
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Making sure cash management structures are maintained, optimized and up to date and advise business with their cash management needs
  • Perform RFI/RFQs for cash management related services and manage agreements and related bank documentation 
  • Maintain good knowledge of restrictions and regulations that impact cash management operations in the scope of SKF geographical coverage
  • Investigate and resolve any issues with bank set ups.
  • Take part in setting the strategy for SKF Group regarding cash management services and infrastructure. 
  • Maintain and develop user administration processes in e-banking tools and payment hub. 
  • Work together with other parts of SKF Finance to ensure efficient ways of working related to cash management infrastructure and joint end-to-end processes. 
  • Actively participate in the development and enhancement of treasury processes and procedures.

 
What we expect you to have/be...

  • University degree in finance or similar.
  • Relevant work experience in a large corporate treasury or bank. 
  • Experienced in implementation of complex cash management structures.
  • A solid understanding of international payments and financial instruments. 
  • Proactive and independent, capable of performing work with minimal supervision
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. 
  • Negotiation and relationship building skills

Additional information 
This position will be located in Gothenburg, Sweden, on a local contract. Please note that we will not be providing support with relocation.
