Solution Owner (Program Manager)
We are looking for a Solution Owner (Program Manager) to manage the effective development and evolution of key solutions within SKF Global Machine Health Technologies. In this role, you will oversee solution portfolios from concept to end-of-life, align business and development priorities, manage stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered effectively to create customer and business value.
Key responsibilities:

Work closely with Product Line Managers, Development Center Managers, and other key stakeholders to align business and development priorities.

Lead assigned Solution Categories by prioritizing and coordinating projects and initiatives, balancing business needs, dependencies, and available resources in the area of HW-, FW- and SW development.

Build and lead cross-functional teams through planning, execution, and implementation.

Define goals and delivery plans, while monitoring progress, managing risks, ensuring quality, and keeping stakeholders informed.

Manage resource needs and budgets, identifying gaps and addressing challenges early.

Represent Solution Categories in key decision-making forums and communicate progress, priorities, and business impact.

Ensure solutions are delivered in line with SKF policies, processes, and quality standards.

Support continuous improvement by promoting best practices in solution ownership and project management.

Support and mentor other Solution Owners, contributing to the long-term growth of Global Machine Health Technologies.
What we are looking for:

Solid experience in project, program or portfolio management, ideally in a complex and international environment.

Solid leadership skills and the ability to engage, motivate, and support cross-functional teams.
-
Confidence in working with stakeholders at different levels of the organization and building professional relationships.
-
Ability to shape decisions, align priorities, and coordinate collaboration across teams and functions.
-
Good understanding of project and product development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, Stage-Gate, NMO, PDP, or similar frameworks.

Fluent English both written and spoken.

Some additional information:
This position will be located preferably in one of our main development centers (Luleå/Sweden, Gothenburg/Sweden, Saint-Cyr-sur-Loire/France, Bangalore/India or Shanghai/China). You will report to Manager, Innovation & Solutions Management.
