About the role

SKF Logistics Services coordinates transport and logistics flows supporting deliveries between SKF units, hubs and customers across multiple markets. As a Summer Transport Coordinator, you will be part of an international logistics organization and support daily transport operations in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, logistics hubs and external transport providers, acting as an important link in the end‑to‑end logistics chain.

Your main responsibilities

• Planning and coordination of internal and external transports
• Booking of transport services
• Creation and handling of transport documentation
• Navigating transport supplier portals for bookings and follow‑ups
• Administrative support for logistics hubs and operations
• Maintaining and updating process descriptions
• Handling transport invoices and charging of transport services
• Monitoring transport costs, revenues and transport quality

We believe you will succeed in this role if you are service‑minded, structured and enjoy coordinating several tasks at the same time.

We expect you to

• Be currently enrolled in university studies within logistics, transport, supply chain or a related field, and continue your studies after the summer period
• Be fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Have some experience or strong interest in forwarding, transport planning, logistics or customer service operations
• Have very good communication skills and a professional approach
• Be proactive, driven and solution‑oriented
• Work in an analytical, structured and process‑oriented way
• Have very good skills in Microsoft Office

Knowledge of Swedish as well as experience with transport or warehouse systems such as WASS and SAP TM is an asset.

• Duration: Between 1 June and 31 August (flexible start and end dates)
