Summer job – Customer service representative (Automotive Business)

Are you a university student who enjoys working with administrative tasks and providing excellent customer service? This summer, SKF in Gothenburg is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated student to join our Sales Customer Service team.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the daily operations of the sales customer service team.
• Handle administrative tasks related to order processing and customer inquiries.
• Assist with updating customer information and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely customer service delivery.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience by providing clear and structured support.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is currently studying at a college or university and will continue their studies after the summer.
• Is flexible, driven and comfortable taking initiative.
• Is responsible and able to work in a structured way, even in a fast paced or high pressure environment.
• Has sufficient computer and administrative skills to manage daily tasks efficiently.
• Has proficient knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
• Is available to work 6-10 weeks during the summer.

It is also an advantage if you have:

• Previous summer work experience at SKF
• Having proficient knowledge in Swedish.
• Has previous experience working with administrative duties or similar tasks.

Some additional information
This position is located in Gothenburg (Sweden) and is a temporary position during the summer.
