Intranet Content & Site Structure Summer employee (Automotive Business)

This summer, you can play an important role in shaping the future of SKF Automotive’s new global Supply Chain & Logistics intranet. At SKF’s headquarters in Gothenburg, you will join an international and collaborative environment, and you will gain hands on experience working with content structures, digital platforms and cross functional collaboration. Key responsibilities


As part of our Supply Chain & Logistics team, you will help secure a smooth and high quality transition to our new global intranet. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and mapping existing content across current platforms (such as SharePoint and Team Sites). Copying, recreating and updating documents to ensure compliance and prevent loss of information.
  • Supporting the development of a logical and user friendly structure and navigation.
  • Coordinating with Supply Chain & Logistics teams and cross functional partners as well as documenting suggested content structures, ownership models and update routines.

 

 

We are looking for someone who:

 

  • Is currently studying communication, logistics, business, information management, or a similar field.
  • Is detail‑oriented, structured, and comfortable handling large quantities of content with accuracy.
  • Enjoys coordinating with stakeholders, gathering input, and summarizing information clearly.
  • Has a basic familiarity with the systems SharePoint, Teams and Microsoft365.
  • Has proficient communication skills in English.
  • Is available to work 6–8 weeks during the summer.

 

 

It is also an advantage if you have:

 

  • Previous summer work experience at SKF
  • Has a basic familiarity or experience with AI or content creation.

 

 

Some additional information

 

This position is located in Gothenburg (Sweden) and is a temporary position during the summer.
