Summer Job at SKF - Sustainability reporting analyst
About this particular Summer Job offer:
As a Sustainability Reporting Analyst, you will support the Sustainability Reporting team in preparing and improving sustainability disclosures in line with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).
You will gain hands-on experience in sustainability data analysis, reporting processes, and regulatory-driven reporting within an international organization.
Your main tasks might include some of the following activities:
- Supporting with sustainability assessments and analysis in line with CSRD and ESRS requirements.
- Performing structured analyses of sustainability reporting processes to identify opportunities for simplification and improvements in data quality.
- Assisting Sustainability Controllers with content-specific analyses, preparation of narrative drafts, and data summaries for the annual sustainability report for FY26.
- Supporting the “materiality of information” analysis as part of SKF Group’s DMA process.
- Helping to document the assumptions and key drivers behind climate scenarios, and how they relate to risks, opportunities, and resilience.
- Assisting with the creation and documentation of calculation methods as part of SKF's ongoing practices to enhance sustainability performance.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is currently studying at a college or university (e.g. Sustainability Science, Climate Science, Environmental Science, Business Administration with a focus on corporate sustainability, or a similar field) and will continue their studies after the summer
- Has a proven interest in sustainability
- Is proficient in English
- Has strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Is a positive, engaged, and resilient person
