Total Reward & Global Mobility Expert - Automotive Business

 

As a Total Reward & Global Mobility professional within SKF Automotive, you will build up and manage our global employee reward and global mobility policies and processes. Both the team and the role are new, which means you will have the unique opportunity to significantly impact the future of Total Reward & Global Mobility within SKF’s Automotive Business. The ideal candidate will be interested in designing, improving and managing global policies and processes. 

You will play a key role in our new Total Reward & Performance team, and you will be part of shaping and executing the reward strategy in a global, listed company. You will lead and manage global reward processes and ensure compliance with external remuneration regulations and internal pay policies. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Process owner: Manage several of the annual processes such as performance and salary review, short and long-term incentive programs, and employee recognition programs. 
  • Subject matter expert: In areas of compensation management, pay equity, pay transparency, job evaluation, job architecture, salary setting, and global mobility. 
  • External relationships: Manage vendor relationships in the area of Total Reward and Global Mobility.
  • Advising the business: Provide expert advice on compensation, incentives, pay equity, job evaluation and global mobility to people experience colleagues, business leaders, and managers. 
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with EU pay transparency regulations and other country-specific compensation laws and reporting requirements globally. Ensure international assignment tax and legal compliance.
  • Analytics & Insights: Drive efficiency in total rewards processes through data analysis, dashboards, and forecasting. 
  • Reporting of Remuneration Data: Support remuneration compliance by analysing pay data and contributing insights to the Remuneration Report, Annual Report, and Sustainability Report. 

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR management, Organisational Psychology, Business Studies or a related field, or equivalent required – Master’s degree desirable
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in total reward management within a global company and experience of managing international assignments.
  • Experience of (or a very keen desire to learn) SuccessFactors
  • Project management skills and ability to lead programs and initiatives at a global scale 
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills, numerical aptitude, and attention to detail 
  • Professional proficiency in English and excellent collaboration skills across departments and functions.  
  • Experience of managing share plans or other long-term incentives is desirable

Additional information 
This position can be located at our sites in Germany (Schweinfurt or Lüchow), Italy (Airasca) or Sweden (Gothenburg), on local contract. You will report to the Head of Total Reward & Performance Management, SKF Automotive, who is located in Gothenburg, Sweden.
