JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Title: Business Development Manager – F&B + Pulp & Paper
Reports To: VP, Segments - Heavy Industries & Product Sales, India
Role Type: Individual Contribution
Location: Gurgaon / Pune / Mumbai
Job Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
Build segment as well as Key Account strategy including forecast/plans aligned to SKF’s strategy to achieve profitable growth
Drive key account management process/tools to achieve annual growth targets
Identify right opportunities with the customer account to develop and deliver value-based offers for a win-win outcome
Drive Service / REP programs and secure contracts in paper segment customers
Acquire holistic understanding of key customers’ needs and map customer organization at all levels to get desired insights.
Ensure seamless connect between consultants, actual user and original equipment manufacturers.

- Revenue and Margin achievement
- Funnel management – hit rate (%)
- Adoption (conversion of manual to automatic lubrication) rate enhancement.

Candidate Profile
- Engineering Graduate from any reputed institute
- Strong team management experience and people management skills
- Has worked across in matrix environment and stakeholder management experience.
- 10- 15 years of experience from specialized segments, lubricants, gearboxes, packaging industries, bearings, F&B
