Job Description: IT Business Partner

As an IT Business Partner & Digital Transformation Champion, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital future of business for Key Pillars to digital strategy & connected interface, relationships & dependencies. The Incumbent will be responsible for driving technology initiatives that support our sales and distribution strategies leading to Efficiency, Effectiveness, Visibility & growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the digital transformation initiatives & Co-create IT requirements and define specifications for the new developments & ensure completion of ongoing projects for the Digitalization initiative.
2. Implementation, Seamless running, maintenance and upgradation of all IT software and tools implemented in VA Business DMS (Distributor management System) , BI (Business Intelligence) Portal, SAP Integration, Scheme management, Loyalty Program Applications, Salesforce automation (SFA), Influencer Loyalty program application.
3. DMS Implementation, Usage & adherence focusing on distributor management, Retailers Billing, Sync, Utility & features enabling distributor ease of working with SKF.
4. SFA Sales force automation for the on-ground Salesforce aimed at improving productivity & reach to retailers & mechanics.
5. Loyalty programs for Retailers & mechanics, Applications & Interface, Features & Effectiveness
6. SAP & Salesforce Knowledge & Experience of handling applications.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate primary and secondary sales data and interface Portals for Distributors & Sales Teams, giving strong visibility to actionable.
8. Workflow & Data Integration example SAP-related Integration for primary & secondary
9. Expertise to bridge the gap between business and technology, ensuring seamless integration of primary and secondary sales processes.
10. Serve as the primary interface between business stakeholders and the IT department, translating business needs into technical solutions.
11. Be the Consultant related to all IT-related problem-solving to smoothen the digital evolution.

This role works as a part of the Vehicular Automotive Business India.

Skill Set-

• Excellent communication skills
• Tech savvy with knowledge of handling a variety of software, Software development, BRD, UAT & implementation. Knowledge of various new-age IT Technologies PMP certification/ Training/ Implementation, salesforce & SAP.
• Vendor & Team management, experience in handling SLA through Vendors.
• Hands-on for Project Management.
• Good Presentation, Communication skills

KPIs –

• Complete Implementation of Zylem at Distributors & 100% adherence to the Norms set up for Sync & data flow, and Quality.
• No breakdown in daily flow due to IT disruptions & business continuity to be maintained.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree (Information Technology preferred), MBA – Preferred.
• Proven experience in digital transformation roles.
• Strong understanding of distributor management, loyalty programs, and sales force automation tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
