Reports To: Head of Communications, India and Southeast Asia

Job Responsibilities
Purpose of the role
Digital marketing is extremely important to our company's success, so you will play a crucial role in achieving our business objectives and driving revenue, user acquisition and brand awareness.
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate digital marketing expert who can plan and implement the digital marketing strategy in conjunction with the overall marketing objectives to support expansion and growth of SKF. In this role, you’ll be responsible for programs to generate, and nurture leads via events, SEM, email, retargeting and targeted social advertising etc.
We are expecting you to be as analytical and business savvy as you are creative and curious. An ability to think like a customer and desire to keep abreast of new trends and technologies are essential. Reporting to the Head of country communications and working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll design, plan, manage, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate brand awareness and pipeline revenue. Job responsibilities:
Develop a comprehensive marketing plan to drive net new prospects.
Designing, planning, managing, and optimizing integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline and brand awareness.
Liaise with sales teams to coordinate campaigns & strategies and deliver campaigns that resonate deeply with customers along buyer’s journey.
Monitoring and reporting campaign performance with granular tracking across relevant KPIs.
Manage vendor relationships, day-to-day production, campaign budgets and schedules.
Demand Generation:
Create a demand generation plan and budget in alignment with business, revenue targets and KPIs.
Run various demand generation activities such as Lead management, analysis, and monitoring of lead pipeline, lead qualification, and coordination with Sales representatives.
Implement new CRM platforms and testing methodologies as needed
Partner with business/sales team to ensure quality lead delivery and proper follow-up according to established SLAs.

What you should have
Extensive experience in B2B in development of creative campaigns and execution of email marketing, social advertising, SEM, and paid digital.
Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign performance and associated spend down to the most granular details while providing roll-up reporting to senior management
Good knowledge and experience of SEO, PPC, Google AdWords, online marketing tools and CMS
Ability to work under deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business
Ability to learn fast, balance priorities, and meet deadlines
Team player: organizing and managing with multiple stakeholders within the business
Self-motivated and self-managed: able to think independently, get feedback and find solutions.
Desired Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
12-14 years of experience in digital marketing/ end-to-end marketing.
