Within SKF, the MPT unit provides the market with maintenance, lubrication, and power transmission solutions. Our entrepreneurial team of 35 people serves customers globally. Customer Service Representative

Join our dynamic Business Support Department, where curiosity blends with business insights and operational efficiency. You’ll play a central role in supporting customers worldwide, helping them navigate challenges and succeed with SKF products.
What you’ll do
As the voice of SKF toward the customer, you’ll engage in a friendly, professional, and personalized way—creating interactions that truly make a difference.
You will:
- Support customers in identifying root causes and deliver effective, timely solutions
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to gather information and resolve inquiries
- Liaise directly with suppliers and communicate customer‑specific requirements
- Be the first point of contact for quotations and general product inquiries
- Foster strong customer relationships, contributing to our long-term success
Key activities
- Technical support and troubleshooting
- Maintaining customer support digital tools
- Data management
- Handling quotation requests
- Ordering and invoicing
- Logistics support
- Availability and lead‑time management
- Supporting the Service Centre team with communications and processing
What you’ll bring
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly
- Familiarity with ERP systems and their key functionalities
- Experience with quotation processes
- Previous customer support experience (preferred)
- Full professional fluency in English
- Basic understanding of the imperial measurement system (inches)
- Advanced skills in Office 365, especially Excel, for data handling and reporting
- Preferably experience with SAP and AS/400
- Availability to work full‑time to ensure consistent customer support.
