As a Digital Service Manager for Microsoft 365 and Collaboration Tools, here you get the opportunity to manage the implementation, delivery, and optimization of Microsoft 365 and a variety of collaboration tools.

You'll also coordinate with outsourced service providers to guarantee high-quality service delivery and alignment with business goals, all to make the value stream excel in a secure and compliant manner.
What you can expect in the role
- Implementation and Management: Initiate and manage the deployment and ongoing management of Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, Teams (incl. telephony), OneDrive, Outlook, Project, Copilot, Power Apps, and other non-Microsoft productivity tools such as Miro.
- User Training and Support: Secure training and adequate support possibilities exist for users, providing ongoing support to ensure standardization and effective utilization of Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure that all collaboration tools meet security standards and compliance requirements, safeguarding organizational data according to policies, directives, and guidelines.
- Performance and Stakeholder Engagement: Track and analyse the performance of Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools, ensuring constant improvement and user satisfaction. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Outsourced Service Management: Manage relationships with outsourced service providers, ensuring alignment with business objectives and high-quality service delivery.
- Budget Management: Oversee the budget for the Microsoft 365 platform, including components and services, as well as collaboration tools, ensuring cost-effective management and allocation of resources.
In summary, you will manage the domain and drive the development of this area, taking full ownership of its operational responsibilities. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering results and ensuring progress within the domain. While you will lead and coordinate work across teams, the position does not include direct personnel management or team development responsibilities.
You will enjoy working here if you have
- Relevant academic background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications in Microsoft 365.
- Several years of experience in digital workplaces demonstrating proficient use of Microsoft 365 and/or collaboration tools in a global environment.
- Demonstrable experience in ensuring collaboration tools meeting security standards and regulatory requirements, eg ISO27001, GDPR/PIPL, SOC2, NIST.
- Proficiency in managing relationships with outsourced service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery and alignment with business objectives
- Ability to respond effectively to technological developments and innovative practices.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, active involvement.
- Proficient English language skills both in spoken and in writing.

Some additional information
This position can be located at any SKF site globally. Preferred locations are India and within EMEA, where the position will be offered with a local contract.
You will report to Gerard Schram, Services and Service Management Lead, who is located in Houten, the Netherlands.
