For SKF Sealing Solutions BU with the aim to drive our growth in the Industrial Seals business, we are now looking for a highly motivated sales manager to join us as

 

 

Sales Manager Turkey, Industrial Sealing Solutions

 

 

SKF Sealing Solutions is an independent business unit within the SKF Group having a global sales turnover higher than 6 BSEK and over 3500 dedicated employees. We support our customers and partners in key industrial markets, with our dedicated sales teams across different regions and countries.

 

As Sales Area Manager Turkey, your primary responsibility will be to drive the profitable growth of SKF Sealing Solutions business in Industrial market and to maintain a high standard of customer experience throughout the sales and delivery journey.

 

What you can expect in this role:

 

  • You’ll manage the profitable growth of SKF Seals business across Industrial market in Turkey by taking the lead role in the commercial management of Customers in different sales channels, including direct accounts and distribution network.
  • You’ll develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives within the assigned territory, optimizing the go to market and sales channels.
  • You’ll identify market opportunities, potential customers, and key accounts for sales expansion.
  • Work to build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, including OEMs, End Users, Distributors and partners.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms with customers to maximize sales opportunities and profitability.
  • Develop solid relationships with key customers and identify opportunities that deliver value to both SKF and the customer.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Improve our customer ratings with our OEM, End Users and Distributor customers, enabling access to new opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies, procedures and regulations.
  • Support and deploy strategic initiatives in the area of responsibility.
  • Promote our Purpose and Values through the organization
  • Be responsible for Revenue and Profit results of SKF Sealing Solutions business in the territory of responsibility.

 

 

We expect you to have/be:

 

  • Degree in Engineering or Business, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Good communication and negotiating skills.
  • Distinct customer orientation with outside-in approach.
  • Self-motivated and execution focused with an ability to meet deadlines.
  • Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets and goals.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities combined with a practical mindset for implementation.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; Turkish as mother language.
  • Ability to travel within the Country and occasionally internationally.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Additional information

 

The position is based in Turkey, Istanbul, on local contract.

 

You will report to the Head of Sales Europe South, East and Middle East-Africa region, who is located in Italy.
