PEOPLE BUSINESS ENABLER-HRBP 

Specialized Industrial Solutions, Seals, Kalofer Factory  

Key Responsibilities 

• Provide precise, compliant and scalable PX operations to the business, advise and execute PX topics across the whole employee life-cycle, and partner with senior leadership in Kalofer Factory.  

• Partner with our leaders and employees to roll out all key people processes : coaching, performance management, talent development, succession planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation, benefits, development programs, change management, etc.  

• Coach all employees inside the organization.   

• Main support for culture and engagement initiatives that drive a high performing team.  

• Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.  

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Resolves complex employee relations issues.  

• Act as a relationship manager.  

• Support management in the preparation of development plans to ensure associates are prepared for future opportunities.  Identify training needs for business unit and assist in finding the best learning solutions according to the business practices.  

• Drive Learning Center and competence development.  

• Conduct workforce planning together with Factory Manager regarding changes in the business, staffing needs, skill set and competency focus, etc.   

• Support all World Class Manufacturing processes in the organization and participate in various projects inside the factory.  

• Participate and drive global projects where needed.  

We expect you to have  

• A passion for People processes.  

• Degree qualified.  

• HR experience in multinational organization.  

• People management experience.  

• Experience in business partnering with senior stakeholders.  

• A good balance between leading and executing.  

• Able to leverage data to make informed decisions.  

• Knowledge and practical implementation of People Experience practices and employment law.  

• Fluent in business English (written and spoken). 

• Self-motivated, organized, accurate, confident, authentic, result-oriented, with a growth mindset, enthusiastic and energetic.

The position will be located at Kalofer site in Bulgaria and reports to Nikolay Galianov, Factory Manager, Specialized Industrial Solutions, Seals, Kalofer Factory.
