Reliability Systems Engineer – Service Team Poland

 

Join our dynamic Polish Service Team as a Reliability Systems Engineer! You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality service to our customers, supporting reliability and mechanical engineering projects, and enhancing technical innovation. What you can expect in this role

  • Manage mechanical engineering projects, focusing on supervision of bearings mounting procedures, optical alignment and balancing of rotating machines.
  • Provide expert support on different types of bearings and their applications.
  • Develop and manage a network of external suppliers to ensure high-quality, cost-effective service delivery.
  • Organize and conduct technical trainings for customers.
  • Perform technical assessments and risk evaluations at customer sites.
  • Cooperate closely with sales, customer experience, and other internal teams to deliver customer value.
  • Promote SKF solutions and digitalization initiatives.
  • Frequent travel within Poland and occasional travel abroad.

 

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Solid knowledge of rotating machines, maintenance and bearing mounting procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and drawings.
  • Experience in managing supplier relationships and coordinating external partners.
  • Experience in delivering technical trainings.
  • Good project management and communication skills (Polish and English).
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently within Poland and occasionally to other countries.
  • Experience in maintenance, reliability engineering, or industrial services is a plus.

Some additional information

This position will be located: preferably Poznań, possibly Warsaw, or Katowice (with flexibility for the right candidate), Poland.
