JOB TITLE:                 Distribution Sales Rep(IC)

 

  1. Purpose of the role:

Achieve growth in defined territory through distribution management and increasing market penetration.

 

  1. Responsibilities
  1. Achieve revenue and profitability targets through the distribution network in defined region / segment.
  2. Manage and coach existing distributors to formulate their growth plans.
  3. Identify new areas/platforms to expand the distribution network.
  4. Promote new product offerings or special schemes to achieve sale growth.
  5. Ensure distributor compliance with SKF’s policies, branding, etc.
