Reliability Maintenance Analyst – Charlotte, NC

 

 

Reports to:  Service Manager Pulp and Paper

Location: Charlotte, NC Area

 

  

Key Responsibilities:

  • In this function you will perform and support predictive services delivery to our customers including:
    • Route based and call out data collection.
    • Data analysis to determine faults and severity.
    • Write detailed reports on your findings.
    • Communicate and deliver reports to customers about your findings.
      Troubleshoot complex machinery problems.
    • Perform multi-channel data analysis.
    • Improve our customer’s machinery reliability.
    • Perform and support root cause failure analysis.
    • Build, edit and fine tune machinery databases.

 

Qualifications:

  • Must have technical experience.
  • Must have a several years proven experience including Cat III certification or equivalent with machinery vibration analysis or can complete certification testing in next 18 months.
  • Must have working knowledge and \ or experience with other predictive maintenance technologies and practices including electrical and mechanical infrared inspections, In-place dynamic balancing.
  • Must have working knowledge and \ or experience with airborne ultrasound inspections, machinery alignment, online and off line motor current analysis, ODS, NDT inspections, oil and lubrication analysis.
  • Must have a steel & metals, paper, mining, refinery, chemical, power, mechanical, electrical, manufacturing or military background and \ or experience.
  • Must have a working knowledge of CMMS and planning & scheduling.
  • Must have the ability to travel as required.
  • Must be a self starter and can plan your time for effective utilization and allocation of your resources for service delivery.
  • Must have strong business, people, communication and professional skills. 
  • Must be fluent in spoken and written English. 
  • Must have a strong desire and enjoy a career in equipment reliability.
