Project Manager, Analytics & Digital Solutions


Reports to:  Digital Solutions Senior Program Manager

Location:  Lansdale, PA




The Project manager will manage all analytics and digital solution projects. Responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.


The successful candidate will work directly with business sponsors to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are delivered as agreed upon.  The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple high value projects at once.



  • Act as liaison, with the ability to communicate deliverables to end users, executives, and other stakeholders
  • Create and maintain project schedules by developing project plans and specifications, estimating time and resources, monitoring milestone completion, tracking all phases of the project lifecycle, providing timely reporting of issues that impact project progress, coordinating actions and resolving conflicts
  • Resource Management for all team members, focusing on forecasting for the upcoming quarter or year and ensuring that team members are allocated based on availability and skillset. Also, realign resources time based on a shift in Business needs and Production related issues, with constant update/communication to Business Leads on status or their respective initiatives.
  • Create and maintain project schedules by developing and communicating project plans and specifications, estimating time and resources, monitoring milestone completion, tracking all phases of the project lifecycle, providing timely reporting of issues that impact project progress, coordinating actions and resolving conflicts
  • Maintain all incoming Project Requests from Business teams and confirm an understanding before engaging with an overall group discussion
  • Assure the overall quality and integrity of the project – focusing on the consistency of the project and on its coherence with infrastructure planning, interfaces with other projects, programmers, and corporate technical and specialist standards
  • Designing risk mitigation plan
  • Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff




  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
  • 5 - 8 years min experience in a Program and/or Project Management environment
  • 5+ years of experience in writing business and / or system requirements, wireframes and UI/AI artifacts
  • Experience with aspects of tech solution development including data sourcing, architecture and data modeling, data transformation, APIs, system integration and mobile/web solutions.
  • Experience working with business and technical staff to recommend solutions that result in more effective systems
  • Comfort with project management methodology (Waterfall, Agile or Hybrid model) and the ability to use the right method for a Project based on the complexity and time for delivery.
  • Strong relationship building skills & communication skills
  • Experience estimating the impact of change requests on timelines, budgets, resources and project scope
  • Experience with SDLC methodologies
  • Strong writing and communication skills, including the ability to cover technical and business topics in a structured easily digestible format
  • Comfortable making informed and detailed recommendations to senior management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project schedules and matrixed teams including offshore resources
  • Proficiency using PM Tools, Case Management Systems, Visio, SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite(Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Projects).



  • Basic SQL skills
  • 3+years’ experience as a solutions architect
  • 3+years’ with Agile methodology
  • Prior experience as a software developer
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification



Travel Required:  Seldom, As needed (i.e. less than 10%)
