- Prepare summaries of complaints and associated action plans and communicate them during monthly or bi-monthly reviews.
- Conduct 8D investigations and major corrective action plans resulting from supplier complaints, ensuring effective communication and coordination with suppliers.
- Qualify new suppliers (audits, qualification files, action follow-up, etc.), either on their own or in support of the Special Processes team and maintain the qualification status of current suppliers in accordance with SKF requirements.
- Analyze defects and related activities to identify lessons learned and define long-term improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing supplier quality and customer satisfaction.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by proposing and implementing actions to increase the effectiveness of supplier quality activities, leveraging feedback and lessons learned.
- Monitor supplier quality KPIs and associated costs and ensure effective internal reporting and communication.
Your Background and Experience
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least one relevant professional experience in an industrial environment within a quality, continuous improvement, or project-related role.
