  • Engage with international project teams and working groups focused on logistics improvement and system landscape transformation.

  • Identify fit and gaps in the logistics system landscape and define test setups, including supplying and ordering systems, while supporting business in User Acceptance.

  • Support the rollout of new tools and process enhancements across EMEA sites, ensuring operational needs are translated and anchored with central IT (e.g., SAP).

Data, Reporting & Analysis

  • Design operational reports and perform in-depth analysis to identify opportunities for efficiency and quality improvements

  • Contribute to data transparency (“digital twin”) initiative

  • Translate insights into actionable improvement measures aligned with business goals and customer expectations.

  • Set up proper KPI dashboards using different sources (e.g., WMS, MainFrame Applications, Dispatch Order Handling Systems)

Standardization & Best Practices

  • Promote and facilitate harmonization of logistics processes and systems across EMEA.

  • Develop, maintain, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Incorporate local input and best practices into regional and global process frameworks.

Training

  • Harmonize skill levels across EMEA functions and standardize the way of working

  • Train and coach logistics staff and system users to ensure effective and compliant system usage.

You will enjoy working here if you have
