Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of our Condition Monitoring Operations Team, which currently consists of four employees.
Our mission is to have our products produced and made available to our customers in an efficient way, serve SKF Sales units around the globe with information they need to perform business and support our complete organization with purchase- and deliveries.
Key responsibilities
As a customer service representative, you are expected to;
- Build and maintain professional relationships, effectively communicate with Customers/ Partners as well as internal stakeholders
- Function as the point of contact for any SKF Sales unit when it comes to assistance in placement of orders, delivery information, changes in planned deliveries etc.
- Support SKF Sales units with datasheet information, pricing, default lead-time etc.
- Some extent guide Sales units to choose of product as well as what product designation to order
- Administrate the Order Handling process from receiving to the delivery of the order.
- Whenever needed handle goods physically in the goods receiving and shipping area
- Always perform the work with Customer in focus and keeping Broken Promises and Availability failures to a minimum.
We expect you to
- Be fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Have some experience of working in SAP Environment
- Have basic technical awareness and/or a certain level of technical interest
- Have good knowledge and use of Excel

This position will be located in Luleå, Sweden
You will report to Condition Monitoring Operations Manager, who is located in Luleå, Sweden.
