Customer Service Representative Vehicle Aftermarket - NWA - Automotive Business
As a key interface between SKF and our customers, you will proactively manage all demand chain-related tasks for your vehicle aftermarket customer portfolio in the North West Africa region. You will take part in work with enquiries, pricing, etc., and support the development of processes and your colleagues.
What you can expect in the role
- Build & maintain strong relationships with Customers to achieve premium service level and contribute to SKF financial performance.
- Manage the order handling process (including a strong focus on order book management) of the complete SKF portfolio towards own customers.
- Support the quotation handling process according to local delegation rules, including activities for the generation of leads and follow-up.
- Safeguard that the customer requirements are met by continuous follow-up of schedules, delivery patterns, supply and shipments, etc.
- Support Sales data analysis & contract preparations
- Maintain relevant customer datas into SKF systems
- Continuously contribute to the improvement of existing and development of new processes focusing on the reduction of errors and re-work
- Manage post-sales activities (claims, returns, etc.)
- Manage SKF cash collection process
- Actively run/ participate in development projects
We expect you to have/be
- Able to oversee complex sales processes and manage own work schedule, prioritizing key tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Interested in commercial mechanisms, client relationships, and the delivery of services.
- You have excellent attention to detail with a methodical and logical approach to your work.
- Working experience in demand-chain activities will be recommended
- Proficient user of Microsoft packages, SAP ideally
- Fluency French, English – Arabic is highly preferred due to the scope of the position in the NWA region.
