JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Job Title:              Deputy Manager - Administration

Reports To:         Deputy General Manager - People Business Enabler

Role Type:           Individual Contribution

Location:            Mysuru

 

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

 

The role of the Deputy Manager Admin is responsible for ensuring the Facility and facility management provided at the factory follow the governance of SKF standards in facility management. Assessing the requirements, preparing the business case in line with a cost-effective thought process, and crisis management are other major roles to play.

 

 

Key Activities / Accountabilities

Admin

  • Canteen Management – Conducting Canteen Meeting, Daily check the food quality, Food tests (Lab) once in a four month. Weekly twice conducting meeting with Canteen In charges. Maintaining Canteen area Hygiene. Weekly once visiting to Kitchen.
  • Employee Transportation- Management of End-to-end transport management in time Pick up and drop. Vehicle documents verification. Route survey, Monthly conducting meeting with a driver.
  • OHC, & Medicine monthly requirements 
  • Medical Examination of Employees
  • Housekeeping, & Security Management – End to End facility Management.
  • Biometric implementation – NEEM/NAPS trainees and Contract Employees.
  • VMS - Visitor Management System

 

 

 

  • Procurement for Uniform, safety shoes, Socks, Sportswear &   Distribution – Employee & Trainee.
  • Contract management Third party Attendance – FTC
  • External Cab vendor Management.
  • To be active in the Employee engaging activity such as fulfillment of settlement LTS outcome with respect to admin like Picnic, family day etc.
  • Guest and Hospitality Managements.
  • Liaison with local public authorities
  • KIADB & Gram Panchayat Liaison activities 
  • Admin related MIS – Cost.
  • Coordinating with EHS related activities

  • Any degree from Administration background
  • Facility Management
  • Hospitality Management.
  • Liaison skills
  • Negotiating Skills
  • Analytical skills / Data Management
  • Statutory compliance
