Customer Experience Representative Norway
SKF Nordic – Aftermarket
As a Customer Experience Representative in the Aftermarket segment, you will manage your own customer portfolio and work closely with the SKF Account team. Your work includes handling orders, preparing quotations, coordinating supply chain activities, and ensuring customers receive a positive experience. You will also contribute to digitalization initiatives and help shape the digital journey with customers and internal stakeholders.
You will be part of the SKF Nordics Aftermarket Account team—a close collaboration with the Key Account Manager and Application Engineer—working together to deliver value and drive growth. In addition, you’ll join the Nordic Customer Experience team of eight colleagues across the region.
This is a central role within our sales organization, offering the chance to build a broad network within SKF and with key customers. You will take an active role in pricing and quotations and work with established, high-profile customers—making this position broader and more impactful than a traditional customer service role.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily communication with customers to understand and meet their needs
- Manage customer purchase orders and respond to inquiries
- Proactively monitor and follow up on open orders, quotations, and related activities
- Handle pricing and prepare accurate quotations, including follow-up
- Drive digitalization initiatives to improve processes and enhance customer experience
Requirements
- Previous experience working directly with customers
- Effective communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Fluent in English and Norwegian
- University degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Good IT skills and familiarity with digital tools and automation
- Interest in technical products and innovative solutions
- Travel and work from our Gothenburg office as agreed (onboarding will take place there)

Additional information
The position is based in Oslo, Norway, with occasional work from our Gothenburg office—primarily during the initial training period and then a few days per month as agreed.
