Order to Cash Accountant

 

 

Your day-to-day work

  • Perform process of daily cash application
  • Secure that Customer Payment Remittances are daily processed by RPA’s and relevant SAP Payment Advice created; complement the process by manually create SAP Payment Advices using relevant FIORI APP
  • Review and validate Cash Application proposals (clearing proposals) from Machine Learning
  • Manually clear AR open items in FEBAN
  • Work Closely with Cash Application Process Administrator to ensure smooth performance of Cash Application process
  • Work closely with the Collections Specialists, address and resolve unapplied and unidentified cash.
  • Cooperate effectively with internal and external Customers to obtain missing payment information
  • Monitor potential issues arising and timely communicate them to related stakeholders
  • Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and deliver solutions
  • Ensure meeting KPIs and SLAs

 

We expect you to have

  • Master’s Degree in Finance and Accounting or Economic background
  • 1 -2 years of experience in Cash application processes in a global company- SSC/BPO structures preferred
  • Knowledge in end-to-end processes of Order to Cash
  • Experience in SAP, preferred SAP4/Hana
  • Fluent English and German
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Focus on details
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
  • Previous involvement in projects as transformation / digitalization is a plus
