Junior Business Travel Specialist
(Supporting the Business Travel Manager Europe & Africa)
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Junior Business Travel Specialist to support our Business Travel Manager Europe and Africa in delivering a seamless, efficient and modern travel experience for employees across the region.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support travel processes by maintaining data, updating travel portals and assisting with system ownership
- Prepare reports and analytics related to compliance, spend, CO₂ and other business‑requested metrics
- Assist in regional travel programs including policies, processes, training materials and documentation
- Participate in local and global travel projects as support to the Business Travel Manager
- Support adoption of digital travel tools by helping employees and stakeholders use new and existing solutions
- Enhance the end‑to‑end traveler experience by ensuring smooth processes and timely support
- Provide ad‑hoc business support when needed across the region
- Support credit card administration — assist with maintaining employee travel cards, updating cardholder data and coordinating with internal stakeholders
EXPERIENCE & PROFILE
- University degree in Business, Administration, Purchasing, Logistics or similar
- Solid analytical skills and solid organizational abilities
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- A self-motivated, service-oriented mindset
- Creativity, responsiveness to new situations and willingness to learn
- Ability to manage your own time and work effectively in a team
- High work ethic and commitment to delivering quality
Nice to have:
- Experience with corporate travel tools or administrative roles
- Familiarity with global programs or corporate processes
- Practical experience in administering social security, A1 applications, or immigration applications and knowledge in EU Posted Worker regulations.
