People Business Enabler
In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that thrives in a collaborative environment, and you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of local PX processes while driving meaningful transformation. As our People Business Enabler in Poznan, you will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce and supporting production objectives.
What you can expect in the role
- Develop and implement future-oriented People Experience (PX) solutions that support production objectives, including strategic workforce planning.
- Advise, design, and manage individual and collective operational People Experience (PX/HR) topics in close collaboration with the assigned business area and managers.
- Perform day-to-day operational People Experience (HR) responsibilities while ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements and company regulations.
- Drive change management initiatives and build trusted relationships with employee representative bodies and works councils.
- Create and maintain HR metrics, analyses, and reports.
- Act as the local owner for international PX processes and lead or contribute to projects related to current people topics.
We expect you to have/be
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field, preferably with a focus on Human Resources, or a commercial vocational qualification with further training as an HR Specialist.
- Previous experience in a People Experience (PX/HR) environment with a strong understanding of business operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and possessing a strong affinity for digital solutions; experience with SAP (SuccessFactors) is highly preferred.
- Polish as your native language, with a good command of professional English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to develop expertise in labor law and employment-related topics, with initial project management experience considered an advantage.
- Analytical mindset and the ability to turn data and insights into practical solutions.

The position holder reports to the PX Lead Sweden & SPBE Supply Chain Roller Bearings & Heavy Industries, who is located in Gothenburg.
