People Operations Specialist - Intern

SKF’s People Experience Operations Centre in Poznan was established during the fall of 2023. The team is growing and we are now looking for our next addition to our team. We handle employee processes and requests and collaborate with colleagues locally and across the EMEA region.

What you can expect in this role  

• Support our team in various HR processes and projects
• Update and manage accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases
• Prepare employee documentation 

• Assist in handling employee inquiries and requests

We expect you to have  

• Student or graduate, preferably in Human Resources, Economics or a related field
• Experience working with Office 365 
• Proficiency in English
• Preferably also skills in other languages such as German, French, Italian, or Swedish  

You will enjoy working here if  

• You manage to organize and prioritize tasks independently 
• You have a can-do mindset, easily collaborate with others, and a desire to learn

The position holder will be based in SKF’s office in Poznan and will report to the Head of PX Services EMEA, who is based in Gothenburg, Sweden.
